Covid hit our industry hard and it has been a difficult time for many. Like many from the live music and hospitality industries, our survival has been film and my pivot threw me into the position of “Props Chef” for Lord of the Rings TV series, series one. This was a magical and fun experience working with some truly talented and creative people. The follow-on from this has been food styling for some iconic kiwi brands.
